2017 Renewal Application Instructions


Applicants have the option to submit the documentation via hard copy, but we strongly urge that you submit your renewal application via email, including transcripts and FAFSA forms. ALL DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING FAFSA AND TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 30. YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU FAIL TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THE COMMITTEE BY THE DEADLINE.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

1. Complete the renewal application in full.  This includes supplying a current phone number and an e-mail address that you check regularly.

2.  With your completed renewal application form, provide the following items:

a.  An official copy of your full college transcript through the Fall of 2016. There is no need to wait for the end of the spring term to request that your transcript be sent.  Continued eligibility requires that you have maintained a minimum cumulative academic GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. 

b. A copy of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.  This must be the 5-page report from FAFSA, not a copy of the application that you submit.

To submit the application electronically, please download and save the file using the following convention: “firstname.lastname.doc”

E-mail the document to as an attached file along with any supporting documents.

The Application and attachments must be postmarked no later than May 30, 2017 in order to be considered.
